A contributor does not have the time or enough information to make a complete submission at the moment.
Context
A contributor has started to make a change to the database but hasn’t submitted it.
Solution
Allow users to save their progress before submitting their contribution.
Give users the option to come back to unsubmitted, incomplete entries at a later point if they need to do so.
Users need to be signed in for this solution to work.
